It’s a great investment of time, especially for the free to attend educational seminars. IP EXPO Europe also brings together vendors, the channel and end users alike, it provides the perfect networking opportunity as well as concentrating the expertise of over 300 expert exhibitors. So you can use this one event to get all the insights you need to stay competitive – quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely it will help your business! Everything at our event is dedicated to delivering real commercial advantage. The insights, information and contacts you gain during your visit will quickly become productive assets after you leave.

The Conference and EXPO ticket is free of charge until 18:59 GMT the evening before the show, 8 October 2019. After this point and onsite will cost £35.

The paid Access Plus Ticket will also be available - information regarding this will be made available shortly.

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

IP EXPO Europe takes place on 9-10 October 2019 at ExCeL, London.

IP EXPO Europe is a business to business event and whilst we welcome students to join us and discuss technology with exhibitors we do restrict entry to after 12pm on Day 2 (Thursday) of the event.  Students will not be granted access on Day 1, or the morning of Day 2.

IP EXPO Europe is a business to business event so event registration and attendance is restricted to over 16s only. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the event.

Registering

Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them along to the event! Just make sure they register before 18:59 GMT on 8 October 2019 to avoid the £35 fee.

Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.


The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs and tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

The Conference & Expo pass is free to register up to 18:59 GMT the evening before the event when a £35 fee administration fee will be charged. The Access Plus Pass has an early bird rate available after which the full admission cost will be charged. 

Badges

If you have registered for the Access Plus Pass, you will be given full access to all the theatres at IP EXPO Europe. For those that have registered for the Conference & Expo Pass, you will have access to all theatres excluding AI in the Enterprise Theatre, IoT Theatre and Blockchain Theatre.

Badges, event previews and seminar programmes will be sent out from mid June 2019. Badges can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event.

In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

At the event

The seminar and keynote sessions are FREE to attend and seating is based on a first come first served basis.

Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings. It is located in the foyer.
